If you’re looking for a practical and affordable place to stay, this hotel does the job. The location is a big advantage — public transport, cafes, and shops are all within easy reach, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was basic and functional, though it would benefit from better cleanliness and a bit of refurbishment, as some elements feel worn out. The Wi-Fi connection could be more reliable, and the walls don’t provide much sound insulation. However, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for travelers who just need a simple place to sleep for a night or two without spending much.

A night stay was pleasant. Amenities & facilities were good. Warm & welcoming staffes. Hotel is walking distance to Medan Tuanku Monorail, LRT Sultan Ismail. Walking distance to Sogo KL.

房間是713，有全身鏡、半身鏡，廁所特別大，床也特別大，挺乾淨的，就是空調有點吵；保潔員很友好，需要打掃就在門把上掛牌子就可以；酒店保安看著很凶猛其實也很友好，會幫忙開門搬行李，離開之前我們都和他合照了😊😊😊好像一直是值夜班，而且一直站著，感覺特別辛苦；前台辦理入住也特別順利；酒店周圍200m內有kk和711這些便利店；酒店門口有一衹貓貓，時常會出現，特別溫順，不怕人也很乾凈；打車也方便，定位酒店就可以了，司機會直接開到酒店門口接；住了四天感覺很好。

Decent hotel. Hotel was old and there were stains on the curtain and wall. The window is not completely soundproof and you can hear the cars on the road (although I do not face the main road). The Aircon vent was very loud and do take note to open the window when you first enter to remove the musky smell. For what the hotel offered, it was not a good value. I would pay a bit more for a better hotel nearby.

設施比較老 ，周圍都是印度人聚居的地方 ，雖然説是華人禮遇酒店 ，但是前台並不會説中文 ，前台倒是有免費的檸檬橘子水 ，早餐中規中矩 比較西式 也有一些涼熱菜可以食用 。房間設施一般 電視無法看 。

設施：齊全，裝修不算新，但乾淨；中央空調按鈕面板調風速按鈕有些問題按不下去；淋浴水量充足，溫度不足，對國內的朋友尤其長者或小朋友而言，可能偏涼。 衞生：衞生OK的，無積灰，每日搞衞生都很仔細。 環境：酒店位於鬧市區，附近便利店、地方特色小食店齊全；步行5分鐘有兩個大的shopping mall，方便便捷；也因為在市中心區，出遊會遇堵車，預留充足時間應對擁堵。 服務：必須點贊，連住3晚，前台都是馬來人，但服務態度很好，也努力積極的幫忙解決問題。第一晚入住時同行長輩的房間安排在靠馬路那邊，半夜被摩託車聲吵醒，次日早上跟前台反映情況，他們立即安排了同層另一邊的房間更換，點贊。

-Kedudukan hotel strategik. Berdekatan shopping mall sogo, jalan TAR, stesen monorial medan tuanku, kedai makan. Kesemua lokasi boleh dikunjungi hanya jalan kaki sahaja. -Bilik selesa dan katil luas. Cuma -Parkir agak terhad untuk berbyar dbkl. Jenis swasta luas. -Kebersihan tandas perlu ditingkatkan. Lantai tandas licin dan agak berlendir. (Boleh tngok gambar ada warna kuning) -Front deck sangat tidak ramah. Muka tak senyum langsung. Tak approach waktu tetamu sampai. Kita sendiri kena tegur dia. Lain kali tegur la. Bagi tahu la customer maklumat apa yang perlu diberitahu waktu nak check in. Ini tak, tenung muka kita dengan tak senyum. Tak cakap. Bisu saja. Tolong la perbaiki. Hotel dah ok front deck pula masalah.

Monorail station Medan Tuanku is just nearby, maybe 50m away. Although there is private parking at hotel basement, the lot is limited, 15 at top. Overall it was a joyful stay.
